New Music Monday

Looking for some new music to jam out to this week? Check out these new tracks. All of these songs can be found on Spotify or online.

1. “You, Me and the Devil Makes Three”- RXPTRS

RXPTRS just released this new track at the beginning of this month. The strong, versatile vocals in this song definitely make it stand out, and that combined with it’s fast paced, exciting nature make this song something that should be played as loud as possible. If you need something to pump you up this week, this is the song you need on your playlist.

2. “Bloodline”- Inferious

This completely filthy track from Inferious was also released at the beginning of this month and if you haven’t heard it, stop what you are doing and go listen to this now. Inferious really shows with this song what metal is supposed to be and I cannot wait to see what they release next.

3. “The Willing Martyr”- Lightworker

Lightworker just released this song on May 8th and it will also be on their new album “Fury by Fire” which comes out on June 12th. It’s electrifying riff and hardcore drums are what first caught my attention, followed by vocals that are both smooth and aggressive. All of these elements combined make it a great track that is definitely worth listening to.

4. “Waiting for the End” – Left Behind

Left Behind released this seriously heavy track along with a hilariously awesome video in the middle of this month. This metalcore song includes elements of sludge metal which only adds to its vicious intensity, making it necessity on my playlist.

Quick Side Note: The band’s vocalist, Zach Hatfield, also teamed up with The Acacia Strain on “I breathed in the smoke deeply it tasted like death and I smiled”. If you haven’t heard it yet, do yourself a favor and check it out now. The Acacia Strain seems to just get better and better with everything they release. It’s perfectly dark and heavy which is something they really seem to have mastered.

Let me know what you think about these tracks in the comments!
