Happy New Music Monday! This week we’re kicking things off with a heavy new jam from the new Lung Glass EP. I also have details for you on the latest from Tulip and more!

“BITTEREND” – LUNG GLASS
I’m still having a hard time picking a favorite track from the new Lung Glass EP, Impact. Injury. Recovery., because it’s just that freaking good. On my first listen I kept saying, “I think this song might be my favorite. Gonna be hard to beat that.” Just for the next song to play and have me say the same thing. That was the exact scenario that occurred when I first heard “Bitterend”. Essentially, this song melted my brain the first time I heard it with its sludgey riffs and dark, doomy atmosphere. “Bitterend” is a playlist necessity for any metalhead, and the same goes for the new Lung Glass EP in its entirety. It quickly became one of my favorite releases of the year so far, and I highly recommend checking it out. Listen to Impact. Injury. Recovery. or pick up some Lung Glass merch here.

“CLONE” – TULIP
Symphonic metallers Tulip will soon release their upcoming EP, The Witch. “Clone”, their latest heavy single, comes off of that. To just call this song powerful would be an understatement. “Clone” roars with power from the second it opens. Tulip’s new EP, The Witch, drops on September 17th. However, in the meantime, you can still listen to their previous releases or pick up some Tulip merch here.
“FEAST OF FIRE” – TRIVIUM
Trivium recently announced they will drop their new album In The Court of the Dragon on October 8th. That’s where you’ll find “Feast of Fire”, their latest heavy anthem. Between this and the upcoming album’s title track that you voted as one of your favorite songs of 2021, there’s a good chance this may be one of Trivium’s best albums yet. “DANCE OF IXTAB (PSYCHOPOMP & CIRCUMSTANCE MARCH NO. 1)” – CARCASS
“Dance of Ixtab” is the latest taste Carcass has given us for what we can expect on their upcoming album, Torn Arteries. These death metal titans never disappoint, and they stay true to that with this brutally explosive track. Torn Arteries drops on September 17th. Preorder it here.
