2020 has been one hell of a year to say the least, but the metal music released this year was my saving grace. There was a ton of amazing songs released from metal heavy weights, emerging artists, and even supergroups. But if you’re feeling stuck in a rut with what you’ve been listening to lately or there are some songs you missed, my list of the best metal songs of 2020 has got you covered!

This list has my top 100 songs of 2020, from 100 different bands. It’s just over 7 hours of music and you’ll never hear the same song or band twice. Some of these songs have been featured in previous New Music Mondays while others have not, so this is truly my Metal Megalist. 🤣
