This quick and easy Pizza Dip recipe is so delicious and it comes together in just minutes. It makes a great appetizer and is perfect for potlucks and other gatherings!

Pizza is my favorite food by far. I could eat it any day of the week and be happy. So when I was first introduced to this Pizza Dip recipe, it was a game changer. Served with Doritos, this recipe is also perfect for feeding a crowd! Over the years I have brought this pizza dip for holiday gatherings, potlucks, and everything in between.

Easy Pizza Dip Recipe

I try to eat as healthy as I can, but we all need a little cheat day here and there. In my house we sometimes have a “snack dinner night” where we munch on appetizer dishes. This recipe is one of my go to’s for that, especially since it comes together so easily and you don’t have to put much thought into it.

How To Make This Pizza Dip Recipe

Because this pizza dip recipe is so simple, you don’t really have to measure to put it together. For the purposes of this blog though, the measurements listed are for the baking dish I used. As long as you have the ingredients and follow this simple step by step, you really shouldn’t have to measure anything. Just make sure that your oven is preheated to 350 degrees.

1. Spread a thin layer of Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese in the bottom of a baking dish.

Regular cream cheese works great in this recipe as well. You’ll want just enough cream cheese in the dish to make it dipable. Also, don’t be afraid to experiment with different cream cheese brands/flavors.

2. Spread a thin layer of your favorite sauce over the cream cheese.

I recommend using a sauce that’s kind of chunky/thick for this. You want to make sure that the layer of sauce is thin enough that this won’t turn into pizza soup, but will still cover the cream cheese. Chunky sauce is a much safer bet because of this.

3. Dice the pepperoni, and spread it on top of the sauce.

You can also simply tear the pepperoni apart if you don’t want to get out your cutting board. Again, the beauty of this recipe is the simplicity!

4. Top it off with shredded mozzarella cheese!

A lot of recipes suggest that when using shredded cheese you should buy the block and shred it yourself. However, in this particular recipe you really don’t have to do that. Save yourself the time and energy by using the pre-shredded mozzarella.

5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Or until the cheese is fully melted. Serve with Doritos.

Step 5

Simple enough right? Here’s the exact measurements I used for a 12 x 6 baking dish.
